"A Teton Summer" - Open Edition

A cow moose leads her calf through a beaver pond along the Snake River as the Teton Range looms in the distance. By early August, at about two months of age, moose calves have changed to almost completely brown, after being born orange. They will stay with their mother for a full year before setting off on their own.
